At Mareianah, we take care to ensure that every order is prepared and shipped securely. Orders are delivered using DHL and trusted delivery partners to the address entered during checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order has been submitted and payment has been approved, we will begin preparing it for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of increased order volume.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered processing, changes to the order or shipping address may not be possible.

Estimated Delivery

Our usual delivery estimates are:

Transit time: 5–10 business days
Estimated total: 6–13 business days

These are estimated business-day timeframes and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Order Tracking

After your package has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number, when available.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Separate Deliveries

If your order includes several products, your items may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different facilities or are prepared for shipment at different times.

As a result, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for the same order.

Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Customs processing can also result in additional delivery time.

We always aim to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, Mareianah cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete when placing an order.

If a package is returned because the provided address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information provided by DHL.

If your tracking information suggests that the package may be lost or has remained unchanged for an extended period, contact our customer service team for assistance.
